OVERVIEW Welcome to SheRoar by Black Lion. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to SheRoar by Black Lion. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS & ELIGIBILITY By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS SheRoar by Black Lion sells premium women's activewear and fashion produced on demand. Because items are made to order, colors and product appearance may vary slightly from on-screen depictions depending on your device settings. We make every effort to represent our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that product appearance will be identical to images shown in our store.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Because our products are made on demand and production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, cancellation requests may not be accommodated once an order is accepted and in production. Please review your order carefully before submitting. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs, or import duties unless otherwise stated. You represent that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on our store — including trademarks, brand assets, product images, graphics, and text — is owned by SheRoar by Black Lion or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our store without prior written consent.
SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS Our store may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms. We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of any third-party tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY SheRoar by Black Lion is powered by Shopify. All sales and transactions are made directly with SheRoar by Black Lion. Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and us and bears no responsibility for any aspect of your purchase.
SECTION 9 – PRIVACY Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at sheroarbyblacklion.com/policies/privacy-policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our privacy practices.
SECTION 10 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS By submitting feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant SheRoar by Black Lion a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and publish that content for any purpose. You represent that you own the rights to any content submitted and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
