At SheRoar by Black Lion, we want you to shop with complete confidence
Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Easy Returns We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please refer to our product descriptions for sizing details, or contact us at support@sheroarbyblacklion.com for sizing assistance before purchasing.
Eligible Returns We will gladly accept returns or offer a full replacement for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Items that are incorrect (wrong item shipped)
- Items with a manufacturing defect
How to Start a Return Contact us at support@sheroarbyblacklion.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review and respond within 2 business days.
Approved returns should be shipped to: SheRoar by Black Lion, 2023 Case Rd., Dundalk, MD 21222.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior authorization
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
European Union Customers If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags and proof of purchase.
