SHIPPING POLICY

At SheRoar by Black Lion, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders — domestic and international. No minimums, no surprises.

Order Processing Because all SheRoar products are made on demand, please allow 2–4 business days for processing of shipment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and confirmed.
  • International: Please allow 8–16 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and confirmed.

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or holidays. We appreciate your patience — great things are worth the wait.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

International Orders & Customs We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us immediately at support@sheroarbyblacklion.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll make it right.
