What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast, secure checkout experience.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our products are made to order, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us at lion.johnson17@me.com within 24 hours of ordering if you need to make changes. After that window, we may not be able to accommodate modifications.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification once your order is on its way.
Made to Order
What does "made to order" mean?
Every SheRoar piece is crafted specifically for you after you place your order. This means no excess inventory, less waste, and a product made with your purchase in mind. It also means your item hasn't been sitting in a warehouse — it's fresh, just for you.
How long does production take?
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the United States and worldwide.
How long will delivery take?
United States: 7-15 business days after processing.
International: 10-21 business days after processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at lion.johnson17@me.com with your order number.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: custom or personalized products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size chart with detailed measurements. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary by style. When in doubt, size up for a more comfortable fit.
Do your activewear items run true to size?
Most of our activewear is true to size with a compression or form-fitting cut. Check the individual product's size chart and fit notes for guidance.
